The only change found for the Android repository this time is revision 2 of the Intel Execution manager

Found Intel Hardware Accelerated Execution Manager, revision 2

This is an update to the hypervisor component used in Mac OS-X. The installation document has been recently updated by Intel as well.

After I upgraded the Android SDK tools and SDK Platform Tools to versions 20 and 12 respectively, I can see the following differences.

I can see for the first time the inclusion of the addons_list-2.xml and repository-7.xml lists as follows:

After installing the upgrades, I usually close my SDK Manager and open again to allow a new fetch from all repositories, both Google and vendor-specific
